Do I need to buy multiple apps?

No! With our subscription you get access to all of the Banktivity apps (Mac, iPhone and iPad).

What happens if I stop paying my subscription?

Your data remains yours, stored on your local device. You’ll still be able to view and export it. However, to continue editing or adding new accounts, transactions, and other data, you’ll need an active subscription.

What are the subscription tiers and what do they include?

Where are the iPhone and iPad apps?

They are waiting for you in the App Store!

Is there a free trial?

Yes! You can try the Banktivity apps for free for 30 days. After 30 days, your credit card (if you entered it) will be billed based on the selected tier (bronze, silver or gold).

Can I subscribe through the App Store or Mac App Store?

Yes! If you download the app from us, your subscription will be managed through our secure servers. If you download the app from the Mac App Store or iOS App Store and sign up through one of those apps, your subscription will be through Apple.

Where can I find documentation on how to use Banktivity’s features?

Banktivity has built-in Help files that you can access from the main menu or find them online here.

What is your upgrade policy and how do I upgrade?

Banktivity is a subscription model so there is no need to purchase upgrades. New features and bug fixes will be rolled out in updates.

Can I use Cloud Sync between different versions of Banktivity?

While there is nothing we do to prevent this, we do not recommend using Cloud Sync between different major versions of Banktivity. There are some items that will not sync properly and may present unforeseen consequences.

Can I sync my Banktivity data between multiple Macs?

Yes! Banktivity Cloud Sync keeps your documents in sync between all of your Macs and mobile devices, seamlessly. Cloud Sync is included in all of the Banktivity subscription tiers.

I have a killer feature request, will you implement it?

Possibly. Please use our contact form to submit your request and we will certainly consider it. Many of our programs' features are a result of user feedback.

Do you provide phone support?

No, we offer customer support via live chat, email, and online support articles. This allows us to ensure that all of our support representatives are knowledgeable, responsive, and based here in the United States. We are confident that this policy is the most effective way for us to meet your support needs.

What are the macOS and iOS requirements for Banktivity?

Banktivity for Mac requires macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher. Banktivity on iPad and iPhone requires iOS 13 or higher.
