If you see “invalid/incorrect credentials” with your Salt Edge account, it may be because Salt Edge requires reauthorization every 90 days. To do this in Banktivity, you will need to take your accounts offline and relink them through the following steps:

To take accounts offline:

• Double-click on the account
• In the popup window that appears click on the Check Status button
• In the Account Connection Status window click on the Disconnect button.
• Repeat this for all accounts you want to take offline

To relink accounts:

• Double-click on one of the accounts
• In the popup window that appears click on the Configure Connection button
• Follow the prompts in the windows that appear
