If you have changed the username or password for an account that is connected via direct access (Yodlee), you will need to disable and re-enable downloading for the account in Banktivity. Please try the following steps:
To disconnect the account:
– Double-click on the account
– In the popup window that appears click on the Check Status button
– In the Account Connection Status window click on the Options button
– In the popup window that appears click the Disconnect button
To relink accounts:
– Double-click on one of the accounts
– In the popup window that appears click on the Configure Connection button
– Follow the prompts in the windows that appear.
