The “Invalid login and password combination” message you’re seeing typically indicates that you are not logged in to your Banktivity ID account. The error often looks like this:
Because your Banktivity ID account is linked to your active subscription, you must be logged in in order to utilize your subscription benefits such as Direct Access.
To log back in:
– First close any additional menus/dialogs that might be open in Banktivity (including the “Account Connection Status” window for example)
– Then use the menu bar at the top of your screen to go to File > Subscription > Banktivity ID. You should see a “Banktivity ID Login” window appear where you can enter your credentials and then log in.
– Once you have done this, please try once more to connect/refresh your accounts.
