Yes, it can! Just select the months you want to include from the bars at the top of the spending/budget graph, above the transactions. You can drag the highlighted area to cover multiple months, including some that initially may be off-screen. If you leave the highlighted area stuck on just a single month, you may miss the fact that it is easy to increase (or decrease) the range of months selected.
